Prize Drawing
When you arrive on Saturday evening for the reunion, you will see these items. Your ticket stub will be cut off and put in the box marked TICKET STUBS HERE. Stubs will be used for drawings for everyone. If you win, you must provide your ticket because it has the matching number, plus your name. Both your ticket and stub will be stapled to the ‘Donated By’ card attached to the prize. Your prize will be kept on a table behind the Emcees so you don’t have to worry about where to put it. When you leave you can retrieve your prize.
For people who live local, you can write your name on a slip, provided as shown, and put it in the box marked LOCAL PRIZE ENTRY ONLY because these prizes can only be used nearby. So, yes, if you are one of those who live close by, you have two chances to win something. The name slip will be stapled to the ‘Donated By’ card as well.
NAME TAGS - There will be markers and ‘stick on’ name tags. Print your name (including your maiden name for ladies) and leave some space because we are planning on having your high school photos available that you can peel and stick on your name tag.
Hope instructions are clear. There will be committee members to assist when you enter Lake Anna Hall
